While I can’t guarantee a pregnancy, I can guarantee that the information in the course as well as coaching is beneficial for helping manage PCOS and improve your chances of getting pregnant. PCOS can’t stop us girl!

HTMA stands for hair tissue mineral analysis and it’s my absolute FAVORITE test when it comes to fertility. It tells me everything I need to know like, how your thyroid is working, what you adrenals are up to, what your blood sugars are doing, and your general mineral status. We need healthy mineral levels to produce healthy hormones. And healthy hormones = healthy menstrual cycles= ovulation= baby!
